Old Injury – Kinesiology Improved His Flexibility

Old Injury – Kinesiology Improved His Flexibility

There is an amazing technique in Systematic Kinesiology called Injury Recall Technique (IRT)

This method was introduced to our field by Dr W. Schmitt. Simply put, the body “remembers” significant injuries (falls, surgeries, breaks etc.) and stores this information. Although the body may have healed the damage, the memory of it creates a pattern within the brain to “guard” it, as if it were present to some degree. With this simple technique the “guarding” can be eliminated, even years after the event  occurred. This restores limitations to range of motion, pain syndromes, and body function. Phenomenal things occur breaks, sprains and scars are addressed

Here’s a sneak peak of a demo from a Diploma Class.  The students are learning how to increase the body’s flexibility by removing old injuries with two techniques.

IRT (Injury Recall Technique) is a gentle procedure used following a recent or ancient injury or trauma.  IRT restores muscle balance to pre-injury status, often dramatically relieving pain and restoring range of motion.

To understand why IRT works, you must first understand what happens when the body encounters an injury or trauma.  Injury Recall is the second one, which helps to remove the memory of an old physical injury/trauma that a body has experienced – for example, broken bones, scars, injuries to muscles, mammograms, twisted ankles, injection sites and dental work!

In this video we first of all remove the emotion surrounding the traumatic memory. And then IRT applied. It made a huge difference to a TASK Ireland Diploma Student’s flexibility – and bear in mind it’s not just in the hip where we were working but all over the body.

A short 3 min video, well worth watching to understand the potential to improve health with Systematic Kinesiology.

How to Reduce Emotional Stress with Kinesiology

How to Reduce Emotional Stress with Kinesiology

When we feel stressed and are constantly confronted with unpleasant, worrying, difficult situations, our body energies can respond by moving in the body – ever felt butterflies in the pit of your stomach, your shoulders tense up, going weak at the knees? That’s the energy moving, getting blocked.

Depending on the severity of the problem, the body adapts its system to deal with a crisis.  Firstly, it shuts down digestion so that blood goes to the main muscles to prepare for action – like the fight/flight syndrome.  The frontal lobes of the brain shut down more than that back.  The fore brain is involved with forward thinking and new ideas.  When we are upset or frightened, we reply on our back brain’s old records of how we previously reacted to a crisis.

So How Can Kinesiology Help?

In Emotional Stress Release (ESR) the vascular points for the stomach and the brain are held, to help draw the blood back into the frontal lobes, while the clients thinks about the stress.

ESR , a simple, yet very powerful technique will help anyone face a problem no matter how serious. Most people gain immediate relief from the anguish they may be suffering. Nothing could be simpler to do, for it is merely the extensive of a natural gesture.

Watch the video to see how easy it is to do, and how testing before and after, shows that the effect on the body has changed.
