5 minute NO Bake Protein Balls
Add rolled oats, cashew nuts, pitted dates, cacao nibs, coconut oil, vanilla essence, and coconut milk to food processor.
Pulse until ingredients are blended. (about 10-12 times)
Dust over lightly with cacao powder to finish.
Form energy bite mixture into 1″ balls and place on parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Cover and place in refrigerator for 2 hours.
