Sauté your onion, garlic, coriander & olive oil Add in your courgette, celery, smoked paprika, green beans and sauté for 10mins Add in your chopped tomatoes and your vegetable stock ( We recommend using the Kallo yeast, gluten and lactose-free stock cube, also free from MSG) Bring to the boil and simmer for 20mins
