Health Road Show – Day One

Health Road Show – Day One

Launch day and on the road!

A huge thanks to everyone who came out to the launch of our Health Road Show in Westport, thanks to those of you who sent your regards even though you were unable to make it!

The room was full and we truly had a fantastic day. We covered a range of topics from gut health, food testing, adrenal stress and lots more. The whole room tried ESR (Emotional Stress Release) This very simple technique is also very powerful and it’s something that you can easily learn to do for yourself and others.

We heard from Margaret and Sheila and they told us their inspiring stories about how Kinesiology has changed their lives and for those of you looking to attending Margaret’s Taster event on Monday 31st July in Westport here is the link to book – http://www.kinesiologyzone.com/kinesiology-taster-event/

Angela, our Claremorris Course Leader talked about psoriasis issues she had once suffered from since she was a child. This was an ailment she just thought she would have to live with, but changing her diet and balancing the digestive system has made her psoriasis free. She even did some food testing on a willing attendee to demonstrate how Kinesiology can help identify what stresses the system.

We also heard from Jarlath who is one of our main sponsors and he offered some great advice ”SWITCH OFF” ! Take an hour go for a walk without the phone even walk bare feet in the grass and just take some time to ground yourself. Everyone who registers and attends is in with a chance of attending one of Jarlath’s weekend retreats valued at €450 more information here – http://www.mayoadventureexperience.ie/

After a successful afternoon with lots of interest in our upcoming Taster events and Autumn Balanced Health Courses we headed off in our camper van to Donegal.

We have now arrived in beautiful BallyBofey and this is the view from our hotel room. We can’t wait to see everyone tonight in the Villa Rose House Hotel.

There is still time to register for Ballybofey tonight we will have lots of prizes on the night, gift bags for the first 20 people who shows up.

Who’s responsible for our health?

When we look to solve the current health issues that are going in the wrong direction, we often look to the government to “do” something.  We want our insurance company to cover more & more everyday health care issues, and the medical system to come up with new drugs.

Yet, doctors learn little about nutrition in their training, and often our health ministers are firefighting the overwhelming responsibilities of the already overstretched resources in our hospitals.

If we’re going to solve the health and well-being crisis, we need to start educating ourselves about how the body works.  Since most people have never learned in school about health (even if you learn human biology), healthy living then becomes confusing as different messages are broadcast from manufactured product companies that lure us with food labels about what is healthy, governments wanting to force chefs to calorie count every meal, and it’s no wonder the healthcare environment becomes more complicated and confusing each passing year!

Healthy living today is different to 30-40 years ago.

  • Stress is on the increase,
  • food is more processed and modified,
  • and we’re exposed to more and more fears, toxins and ill health.

We are also leading more sedentary lives than ever before.  By not moving on a daily basis, our lymphatic system slows down and we don’t eliminate these toxins naturally.

Anyone interested in obtaining optimum health, getting out of pain, and enhancing their feel good factor, will enjoy Systematic Kinesiology.

The Balanced Health Course offers you a simple, enjoyable and experiential way to discover how the body works and motivates our students to be more proactive in seeking ways to be healthy.  Another option is to attend one of our brand new One Day Introductory workshops – this Friday 18th November we have our Adare Workshop, and on Saturday 19th November our Claremorris Workshop is taking place.

If you’re curious and want to understand how the body works, are seeking new ways to reduce stress, want to feel more energised, and be out of pain, then come along to one of our Introductory Workshops – I invite you to check it out:
