By the age of 35 I had been the co-owner of two companies and was no stranger to hard work and lots of stress. I had dabbled in the holistic realm in my early twenties and Kinesiology had crossed my path a few times but I hadn’t actually grasped what it was. It wasn’t until I heard from a friend living in Australia who had attended a Kinesiologist there to see if it could help her avoid going down the route of IVF for her second child. She was given her a treatment, made some dietary changes that had been suggested, and was delighted to be pregnant within a very short time. I had been looking for tangible results and finally felt ready to consider Kinesiology and started the Balanced Health Course.
Before I started the course my own fears of not being clever enough to learn a science subject at school came flooding back. But I was delighted that with all the tools to support you as you learn Systematic Kinesiology, the results also spoke for themselves, and made learning so easy and enjoyable that my fears of learning soon disappeared.
My own health has improved too. I had been attending a doctor for a pain at the base of my spine. I had x-rays and an MRI scan but was told there was nothing wrong with me. I was made to feel that the pain I was experiencing was “in my head”.
On the second weekend on the Balanced Health Course, the Course Leader did a simple technique on me and it is incredible to me since then, I have not had the pain again. I learned that my body had the answer to heal itself. Now I have the chance to find out where a person is underperforming and bring them back to balance.
I love Systematic Kinesiology so much that as soon as an opportunity came to teach with KinesiologyZone I jumped at the chance. I cannot wait to share all that I have learned in a stress free format, to help other to help themselves as I have been helped. My courses will be held in Trim, Co Meath.
